Holidays

Baking challah for shabbat

At Kehila we believe that holidays are family times. Once a month we invite family members to join in Kabbalat Shabbat, as well as getting together for a holiday events during the year. It is important for our students to sense the connection between family, local community and Clal Yisrael, the Jewish Community at large. Holidays are a perfect time to reinforce this message. Parents joining us for the holidays also get a sense of what their children have been learning at school.
