Nancy Massey, after working as a Director of Research for a retained based executive search firm founded a research based recruitment company and worked with corporations and executive search firms to provide research recruitment services.

Christine Shu-Hotta, led the corporate recruitment services for a big 4 firm, and has extensive experience in executive search providing recruitment consultative services within the healthcare and financial industry.
