Our Approach
At Intelli-Search we focus on providing a research based approach to searching top talent. With this approach, we design a research strategy specific to your industry to produce a targeted list of qualified candidates. This systematic approach involves the following process:
- Discovery – consult with you to determine the qualification and criteria of the position, and approve a target list of industries/associations to guide us through the research.
- Research – systematically research and identify qualified top candidates within the industry and discreetly determine candidates’ qualifications and level of interest. The most important factor in this process is we find passive candidates who are not necessarily actively seeking a career change.
- Assessement – candidates are carefully screened and interviewed to ensure experience and fit match not only the position description but also
the culture of your organization.
- Long List – provide a list of qualified candidates who meet the specifications you have identified. This will also include a detailed report outlining our findings in the marketplace.
- Shortlist – from this process, we will shortlist and identify a minimum of 3 top candidates that best fit your profile and provide you their resume and our interview assessment of the candidates.
